Thousands of outdoor fans and their families will join vendors and businesses from across the US and Canada this January in Wexford County. Hosted by the popular Wilderness Journal Television Show, this annual event features outfitters, guides from as far away as Colorado, Wyoming, Ohio, Missouri, Kansas, Alberta and Ontario, as well as Michigan based guides, booths and displays. There will also numerous companies like MADS, INA Store, Algoma Country, Point North RV, Trigger Time Sporting Goods clearance store Northern Pines Taxidermy and many more
“We are very excited about the wide variety of booths joining us for this year’s Expo,” stated Kyle Randall, who hosts the event. “Not only will we have numerous hunting and fishing outfitters and guides there and new boats, campers, blinds, docks, tractors, food plot equipment and seed, but we are also welcoming some brand, new exhibitors and groups.” Nonprofit groups hosting booths this year include; Mid-Michigan Honor Flight, DP Tire education supplies, and the local youth-led CMS Bass Fishing Tournament.

ng trips available from TV program featured locations, as well as product samples, outdoor living, taxidermy, custom clothing and even an indoor youth BB gun shoot, the entire family can take a break from the cold and head indoors the weekend of January 18th-19th. Recent changes to Michigan baiting laws have also inspired a featured Expo seminar “Alternative Hunting Methods” featuring; Kyle Randall, host of The Wilderness Journal, Rich Smallegan of Ina Store, Rob Draves of Draves Whitetail Mineral Co. “There has been a great deal of talk in the outdoor community regarding changes to Michigan’s baiting rules,” explained host Kyle Randall, “We look forward to featuring several experts and engaging in an open discussion with attendees during Outdoor Expo 2020.”

55th Annual Moosejaw Safari Snowmobile RideSaturday, January 18 at 10:00am
55 years and going strong! Registration starts at 8:30am at the Harbor Springs Snowmobile Club Groomer Barn (3151 Kernow Lane, Harbor Springs) and the ride leaves at 10:00am SHARP!
Vintage sleds are encouraged but all sleds & riders are welcome! No snowmobile registration or trail permit needed for this event. Room for truck and trailer parking is limited.The ride will take about 2 hours with a few stops as the group stays together.
