DIGITAL SALES MANAGER

Black Diamond Broadcasting is seeking a motivated and strategic Digital Sales Manager to help lead and grow our expanding digital marketing division across Northern & Central Michigan.

This position serves as the primary liaison between our sales teams and digital marketing partners/DSPs, helping develop effective client strategies, manage campaign opportunities, and support sellers with digital education, proposals, and execution. The Digital Sales Manager will also actively build and manage their own book of business by developing relationships with local and regional advertisers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Acting as the internal “point person” for digital advertising platforms, DSPs, and marketing partners
• Assisting sales teams with digital strategy, campaign recommendations, and client presentations
• Training and supporting account executives on digital products and opportunities
• Collaborating with digital operations on campaign execution, reporting, and optimization
• Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
• Managing and growing an active personal account list
• Helping clients connect with audiences through streaming, social, display, video, OTT/CTV, geofencing, and other digital solutions

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong understanding of digital advertising and marketing strategy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment
• Prior media, digital sales, or agency experience preferred

 Black Diamond Broadcasting is seeking a dependable Part-Time Promotions/Board Operator to assist with station events, remote broadcasts, equipment setup, and on-air operations. This position includes setting up and tearing down promotional displays, interacting with listeners and clients at events, and operating broadcast equipment for live and recorded programming. Weekend and evening availability required. Great opportunity for someone interested in radio, media, marketing, or live events.
